Kevin Buck, President of Island Overlook, grew up in a Navy family that moved to Newport in 1966 when he was a young child. He has seen the area grow into one of the country’s most desirable places to own a home and become a popular travel destination. Kevin has been a local homeowner for 35 years and understands the needs and concerns that come with owning a home. Kevin co-owned and managed a 39,000-square-foot multi-purpose health club in the area for 30 years and has the skills and resources to properly and safely maintain a facility of any size. During his tenure at the Newport Athletic Club until its sale in 2018, Kevin met many seasonal and year-round residents who asked him for recommendations of service providers and sought advice on general property and pool maintenance. Kevin is now combining his personal passion for home and property care, professional experience, and extensive community knowledge to launch his own home watch business.
